Truth

Doing God's will is not easy.

I know it's awful, but sometimes I wish I didn't care so much.

But here I am, and all I want is to follow His will for me.

Sadly, that may not include you. But I hope it does.

NO FREAKING WAY!

I'm moving to NYC for the summer!

I can't contain the excitement/nervousness/awholelotofotherundescribablefeelings

This is the opportunity of a lifetime.

I will soon be working alongside Big Bird and Elmo. 5 year old me is freaking out.

And 20 year old me is going to have a heck of an experience to add to her resume.

YAY!

I'm done bragging now =)

Current Inspiration:

1. Water color paintings like the one on the left.
2. The sun. This day couldn't be more beautiful.
3. Sylvia Plath. Although, she gives me the chills frequently.
4. Kate Moss. I know that's pretty typical, but I seriously want to win a $1,000,000 TopShop shopping spree.
5. Bob Lupton and John Perkins. And the fact that Lupton actually gave me his card and told me to call him.
6. The lack of Christian-Muslim relations, which I intend to change.
7. Dogwood trees. The fact that they have crosses on their leaves and they bloom right before Easter is so awesome.


Speaking of inspiration, I'm not sure what inspired me to post this, but that's all for now.

Hmm...

I might just have to break my own rules for this one...

We'll see what happens.

Silly Me

I am officially the most awkward person ever.

I really do try not to be, but it's hopeless.

Can I rewind and start the last three days over?

Maybe then I'll be smooth and charming. Or something to that effect.

In other news, I am insanely busy and I just don't know what to do about it.

Even Spring break is stressing me out because I have so much to do the week I get back.

But little things like this video sure do cheer me up!

Let it SNOW

I have had this picture up for two months in hopes that it would snow here. Over Christmas break there was a little flurry, but nothing substantial.

Well... today it's snowing HUGE, beautiful snowflakes and it's STICKING!!!!

I just needed to express my immense happiness and approval of the current weather conditions here in Nashville.
