young at heart
The world is a playground.
Friends, we are at an age where we begin to forget this
and that really scares me.
We are preparing to enter into the "real world."
Why does that hold such a negative connotation?
When do we lose the joy of childhood and enter into
a day to day routine that makes life so mundane?
How do we lose the excitement of even the smallest things?
The other day my grandma told me she wants to go skydiving
when she grows up.
I hope I look at life that way when I'm 75.
I hope I embrace life every morning.
I hope I never stop exploring.
Because the world really is a playground. And I fully intend
to do cartwheels until the day I die.
